Misal Pav - A sizzling cultural mash-up you can't resist!
This weekend is going to be an awesome one, for the NSPA has a surprise in store for you! Presenting 'Misal Pav - Music. Dance. Theater.' a cultural fest that will delight all you performing arts aficionados. Scheduled to be a two-day event, this fest promises to showcase some really talented performances in music, drama and dance. Head towards Sai Baba Park Garden on the 30th and 31st of May, from 5-9 pm to have an amazing time!

Now, to address a very important question - 'Why the name Misal Pav??'
Well, that's because as true blue Mumbaikars, we are big fans of this humble street-side dish. Also, we were highly inspired by the delightful blend of ingredients one gets to chomp down on in every bite. So many flavors and textures, and yet, all this diversity blends together to lend a distinct, delectable flavor to the dish. We believe our festival is a lot like this dish, although offering a medley of styles, genres and activities, a distinct, liberating Indie flavor peppers the event.
What's in store for you?
Since our artists perform various genres of music, our line-up promises to be extremely exciting and inclusive. From pop fusion to Sufi rock to interesting folk and western mash-ups, there's something for everyone. Besides this, there are also going to be thought-provoking 'nukkad nataks' that will convey important social messages with a generous dose of humor. Last but not the least, entertaining dance routines will add a 'tadka' of fun!
So, get friends and family along and enjoy an evening full of music, drama and of course thumkas!
